Frederic Verdol is the Infrastructure Program Leader for Africa West at the World Bank. He has over twenty years of experience in power systems planning and operation. Prior to working at the World Bank, he held various positions in the power utility EDF, notably within their Island Power Systems Division where he led several resilience projects and programs. Frederic Verdol holds an engineering master's degree from EPF and post-grad degrees in energy systems optimization and environment management from Ecole des Mines de Paris.
